A reliable understoody for much of his time at S2 since his arrival from Stoke City in January 2022, the Wales international made some vital contributions in his 10 appearances during United's promotion winning campaign from the Championship in 2022/23.

Having started on the books at Everton, Davies made his name in the EFL at Barnsley.
