Croatian stopper Grbić joined the Blades on a deal until the summer of 2027 with United paying Atletico Madrid an undisclosed fee for a goalkeeper who has represented his country and boasts Champions League experience on his CV.

Born in Split, Grbić progressed through the ranks at Hajduk before joining Lokomotiva in 2018. In August 2020, the imposing stopper penned a four-year contract in Spain and won La Liga in his first season.

Grbić has two senior caps to his name for Croatia and also played at the top level in France with Lille.
