Attacking right-back Sam Colechin has progressed right through the Blades academy since joining in 2016 at the age of eight, making his under 18s debut as a 14-year-old in an end of season league game against Peterborough United at Bramall Lane in 2023.

Colechin appeared regularly for the under 18s this season ahead of signing his scholarship.
