Connor Barratt joined the club in January 2022 from Birmingham City as a second-year scholar, going immediately into the successful Under 18s side which won the National title against Charlton Athletic and completed an unbeaten campaign.

The composed centre-back stepped up to the Under 21s last season and was a consistent performer for Mickey Collins' side throughout the campaign.
