The skilful left-back has enjoyed a rapid rise since joining from non-league side Hornchurch in December 2021.

Since then, Buyabu has played a key role in the under 21s, becoming a regular starter down the left and his impressive performances earning him a senior debut for the first team against Birmingham City on the final day of the 2022/23 Championship season.
