Imposing forward Oné joined United just before the end of the 2023 summer transfer window for an undisclosed fee from Hamilton Academical where the teenager had already made his mark in the first team, scoring twice in four Scottish league games at the start of the season.

In his first season, Oné became a regular for the under 21s, scoring 13 league goals in his first season and making a Premier League debut at the Emirates Stadium against Arsenal.
