Ash Hodson joined United in the summer of 2023, bringing to an end a more than 10-year association with former Barclays Women's Super League champions Liverpool.
Bringing plenty of quality and experience to United's midfield, Hodson played a regular role for Birmingham City in the second-tier last season while on loan from Liverpool where she progressed through the academy in 2013 and was a youngster in the side which won the league in 2014.
Hodson spent the next nine years in Liverpool's first team before departing permanently at the end of last season.
