Lara Miller joined Sheffield United in January 2022 on a deal to the end of the season from fellow FA Women’s Championship side Lewes.

The midfielder spent time at Manchester United and Manchester City as a youth team player, winning the FA Girls’ Youth Cup with the latter.

Miller is also a former England youth team international at under 17 and under 18 level and took her first step into senior football with Lewes at the start of the 2021/22 season.
